1. Is the price of the per sq feet high?

In Coimbatore , the flats start from 4k per sq ft to 13 k per sq ft. depending on location & quality / amenities provided. Even the projects which have a price of 13 k per sqft does not come even 50% close to the White House Coimbatore.

2. What is the project completion date?

We work in a very structured way. We have engaged the best professionals from the construction industry.

Be it the contractors or the deisgn architect or the architects or the project management consultant or the power and water management consultants or the Vaastu consultants.

We have day wise schedule as per which the project will get completed by 26th jan 2016. But we are keeping some grace period to complete it before 31st March 2016.

This will be the fastest ever constructed project in not only Coimbatore but the entire Tamil Nadu. The only reason for this is the professionals on board and the complete project planning which has happened way before the construction began.

3. What is the exact location of the project?

The project is just 150 metres from the main road bcos of which the project is totally pollution free and noise-free. People today prefer the convienence of the location along with pollution free environment and also the luxury of being in a noise free situation away from the honking traffic.

This project is well placed and located for making a super luxury project happen in one of the best locations of Coimbatore which is just 1/2 km away form the prominent race course road of Coimbatore.

4. What are the arrangements of water and power in terms of regular supply?

There is a water management consultant who has planned the water storage and water supply in a manner where water will be available to the complex 24/7.

Our electrical planning experts and electrical contractors will ensure highest quality of wiring and a backup of a generator which will be of optimum size to ensure continuous supply of electricity in case of any government related power cut or short supply.

We understand that water and power supply are two very important aspects of any residential complex. And v have taken the extra mile to make sure these two issues are addressed well.

Power and water supply are problems all across the country. But as developers, v want to create our mark to ensure that our relationships with our flat owners are forever.

For the power management , the generator will support lights and fans in the apartment to make sure that the comforts of the flat owners are not compromised.

5. What about the gym?

The gym would be sufficient for multiple members at any given point of time.

All the regular equipments will be installed by us for the flat owners to maintain a good healthy excersize routine.

6. What are the details of the clubhouse?

We are providing an independent two level club house so that there is no disturbance / nuisance to the occupiers / neighbours. Games like table tennis, chess, carrom board etc can also be played in the clubhouse which can also double as a party hall or function hall when there is any event in the family of any flat owner.

The gym is also installed in this clubhouse.


7. India is prone to the mosquito problem. What are the precautions you are taking?

The project is being made on international standards. The sewage and drainage systems are being installed in a way where there wouldn't be any problems in the future which might lead to foul smell or stagnant water which breeds mosquitoes.

The exteriors of the project and the non constructed areas are also going to be made in a maintainence free mode. There won't be any water logging situations nor would be there any possibility of stagnating water.

The entire contruction is being planned In a way which will be easy to be maintained by the society after the handover happens.

8. What about the access roads and vehicle movement and car parking?

The access road from the main road is 40 feet road wide which is more than sufficient for the project.

The entire project is a gated community and the access to the complex will be well protected and guarded.

Within the complex there is a provision of 96 stilt car parks for the 48 flats. Plus a few additional cars can be parked in the compound area , which will be used for guest car parking.

9. Is bank loans possible?

Yes. The project has been approved by many financial institutions and banks.

10. What about the lobby?

There are three wings in the project. The wings are named after the birds found in Coimbatore during different periods of the year.

The A block is Flamingo wing, The B block is Falcon wing and C block is Fantail wing. Each wing has a seperate beautifully designed entrance lobby which will make each unit owner feel very proud and happy each time he uses it. It will be made in the trademark Sussanne style.

11. What's going to be the interiors?

Each flat will come with stylish floorings , well done bathrooms with branded fittings and a semi finished kitchen. All these will be designed by Sussanne khan.

We shall also assist the customer if he wants us to do all the interirors for his flat. It will be extra at actual costs.

12. What are the maintainence cost?

The maintainence costs will be approximate rs. 3 per sq ft per month. This will cover all taxes and common area costs of power and water and security.

For the quality of the project, this maintainence contribution to the society will ensure the upkeep of the project for the comfort and pleasure of all.

13. is there a pond or a water body nearby?

There is a dry pond which is not nearby. we have a road after our property after that there are individual villa houses And after that only is this dry pond. The city corporation and the local people are coordinating for the beautification of the pond and soon it will become a landmark water body and a place for a walk and rejuvenation.
